The circular house is spread over three floors. The entrance level features both the social and sleeping areas. The social area, with direct access to the garden, includes a living room with a fireplace, an open-plan American-style kitchen, a breakfast room, a dining room, and a guest WC. The sleeping area consists of a hallway leading to 3 en-suite bedrooms.
The first floor offers a spacious living room, also with a fireplace, which provides several distinct areas for relaxation, as well as a corridor that leads to the remaining 3 en-suite bedrooms.
The second floor (283 m²) is dedicated to leisure, where guests can enjoy a large gym with views over the Douro River, a massage room, a games and reading room, and another room with a TV and fireplace.
